New Reports Give Insights from LibraryAware

Posted June 30, 2015

Need to understand and communicate the impact of your promotions and outreach? LibraryAware includes new reports and features that make it easier than ever to get insights and measure impact.

At-a-glance summaries

Each report page now starts with an easy to understand summary. These are written in plain English so that you immediately know the status of your efforts (e.g. “your promotions reached 1000 users”). If you need detailed data, that’s available too. Simply drill down to level you need. Each page includes an export button, so you can easily incorporate the data in external reports or wherever else you need it.

Metrics across all channels in LibraryAware

Metrics for all channels

With LibraryAware you can communicate across many channels, including email, social, web, and print. It’s not always easy to compare metrics across different channels, but we’ve pulled everything together in one place. And also added metrics for the print items that you create. Now you can see the big picture, as well as each channel separately.

There’s more…

Although the big news is about reports and metrics, here are a few other improvements to know about:

  • New ability to distribute content alerts: Now you can create an alert in EBSCOhost databases or NoveList and automatically create a newsletter for your customers. Great way to help teachers, students and researchers keep up with the latest articles and reading selections.
  • Get notified when delivery is complete: If you want to be notified when your emails have been delivered, simply check the ‘notify me’ box at the scheduling screen.
  • New formats: Our new 2-sided 11x17 poster format is perfect for creating a printable (folded) newsletter. We also increased our selection of A3/A4 templates especially for customers outside the U.S.

Current customers can expect to see these new features released during the week of July 6 [Update: This release was delayed slightly and is now expect during the week of July 13. An advance notice will be emailed to all users.] Not a LibraryAware customer yet? Learn more
